White Castle Partners with Serve Robotics for Autonomous Delivery via Uber Eats
Serve Robotics has partnered with White Castle to deploy its autonomous delivery robots on the Uber Eats platform. This service is currently available in major U.S. cities including Los Angeles, Miami, and Chicago, with plans for expansion. Serve's third-generation robots are designed to deliver temperature-sensitive items like sliders and fries, ensuring they remain warm during transport.

White Castle has teamed up with Serve Robotics to utilize autonomous delivery robots through Uber Eats. This service is available in cities such as Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas-Fort Worth, Atlanta, Chicago, Fort Lauderdale, and Alexandria, Va., with further expansion planned.
Serve's robots are built to handle temperature-sensitive orders, making them suitable for White Castle's menu items, including sliders and Crave Cases. Previously, White Castle has engaged with Miso Robotics for other automation solutions in its restaurants.
