Wittmann Gruppe Introduces Co-Leadership Structure in 2026
Wittmann Gruppe will implement a new dual leadership model starting May 1, 2026, to enhance integration across injection molding, automation, and peripheral systems. This strategic reorganization aims to strengthen collaboration and accelerate the development of comprehensive system solutions in response to rising demands for efficiency and sustainability.

Beginning May 1, 2026, Wittmann Gruppe will consolidate its management structure under a dual leadership of Michael Wittmann and Dr. Werner Wittmann, focusing on injection molding and automation systems.
This shift aims to enhance integration across the entire injection molding process chain, thereby increasing global collaboration and leveraging synergies between machinery and peripherals. The new structure is a continuation of the 'It's all Wittmann' strategy initiated in 2022 and will help provide coordinated solutions, improve process reliability, and streamline production operations. The departure of Rainer Weingraber marks the end of a significant era in the company's development of machine expertise, emphasizing a commitment to holistic production systems that meet increasing efficiency and sustainability requirements.
