WorkFlex, based in Amsterdam, has secured €37 million in growth investment from US firm Spectrum Equity to automate cross-border compliance for international work. The company processes over 100,000 business trips annually, with a year-over-year growth of 250%, serving more than 500 customers including Deel and Otto Group.

The investment will focus on expanding in Europe, enhancing product features, and exploring mobility risk management. With over 120 million business trips taken by European employees in 2024, the need for effective compliance solutions is increasing, as companies face complex tax, immigration, and labor law challenges.
