Worley Secures FEED Contract for Dow's Path2Zero Project in Canada
Worley will execute front-end engineering design services for Dow's Path2Zero project aimed at net-zero ethylene production. This initiative is crucial for advancing decarbonization in the chemical sector, positioning Dow's operations at the forefront of sustainable manufacturing.

Worley will provide front-end engineering design (FEED) services for Dow's Path2Zero project in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, Canada. This cogeneration facility aims to integrate advanced technologies, including carbon capture, to support Dow's goal of achieving net-zero emissions in ethylene production.
The project is expected to decarbonize approximately 20 percent of Dow's global ethylene capacity and triple the polyethylene output at the site to around 3.2 million metric tonnes annually. The cogeneration unit is slated to become operational by the end of 2030.
Worley's Global Integrated Delivery team will oversee the FEED work, utilizing expertise from both Canada and India. This project exemplifies the collaboration between Worley and Dow to redefine sustainability standards in the chemicals industry.
