XeleratedFifty has announced its acquisition of Terrascope, an enterprise carbon management platform, from Olam Group Limited. Terrascope will remain a standalone entity and will continue serving customers in over 50 countries.

The acquisition is expected to enhance Terrascope's long-term growth by leveraging XeleratedFifty's experience in scaling innovation. All existing customer contracts and service agreements will remain intact.

Investment will focus on AI-enabled analytics and compliance with evolving regulations such as the EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism. The acquisition aligns with Olam Group's strategy to divest assets while unlocking value.
