Xeriant Advances NEXBOARD Eco-Friendly Composite Panel with Proprietary Fire Retardant Technology

Xeriant focuses on its DUREVER(TM) brand, particularly NEXBOARD(TM), a patent-pending composite construction panel made from recycled plastic and fiber waste. NEXBOARD is designed to replace traditional construction materials and features a proprietary nanotechnology-based fire retardant.

Internal tests indicate strong fire resistance, with a five-minute torch test reaching 2,500ºF and an 80-minute evaluation exceeding 2,000ºF. Xeriant has completed production runs and internal tests for certification, with upcoming evaluations including NFPA 286 and ASTM E84.

The company also seeks acquisition opportunities in disruptive technologies such as AI and quantum computing. The green construction market is projected to reach $1.8 trillion by 2030, while the fire-protection materials market may grow from $37.69 billion in 2025 to $59.9 billion by 2034.
