XTEND Positions for Domestic Drone Manufacturing Amid New Tariffs
XTEND is set to enhance its production capacity in the U.S. following new tariffs of up to 100% on imported drones. This initiative aligns with the U.S. government's goal to bolster the domestic drone industry, reducing reliance on foreign technology.

XTEND aims to scale its U.S. manufacturing efforts in response to the recently imposed tariffs on imported drones, which will affect foreign-made models and components significantly. The new tariffs, announced by President Trump, include a 100% levy on drones over 25 kilograms and those with thermal imaging capabilities.
XTEND's XFAB facility in Tampa, Florida, will serve as a central hub for domestic production, supporting U.S. defense and private security sectors. The company's manufacturing strategy involves collaboration with U.S.-based manufacturers to boost output. XTEND is also set to merge with JFB Construction Holdings, transforming into XTEND AI Robotics, Inc. by September 1, 2026, a move that reinforces its commitment to American manufacturing.
