Yaskawa Launches Robotic Warehouse Solutions in North America
Yaskawa America, Inc. has launched its robotic warehouse solutions in North America, expanding its automation services. These solutions, supported by Yaskawa, combine robotics expertise with advanced motion planning and vision technologies to enhance throughput and labor efficiency. Key products include the PackMaster palletizing system, capable of processing 800 to 1,200 cases per hour, and a layer picker solution for managing single-SKU layers.

Yaskawa America, Inc. has officially launched its robotic warehouse solutions in North America, enhancing its commitment to warehouse automation. These solutions, which are already deployed in Europe and several pre-launch sites in the U.S., focus on improving throughput, labor efficiency, and scalability.
The PackMaster palletizing system offers high-speed operations in mixed-SKU environments, producing 800 to 1,200 cases per hour. Additionally, the layer picker solution can introduce up to 130 single-SKU layers for further processing. This expansion solidifies Yaskawa's role in material movement with its comprehensive range of robotics and automation products.
