Together with Zest SPVs, they create a comprehensive platform for private market transactions, enabling streamlined operations and regulatory compliance. Automation could recover up to 80% of staff hours spent on administrative tasks, significantly reducing operational costs for institutional portfolios. Zest's infrastructure aims to enhance efficiency and clarity in capital movement, particularly for cross-border transactions.
