Zeus Packaging Group has acquired KOEX Packaging Solutions, based in Spain, to enhance its integrated packaging services in Europe and North America. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Zeus anticipates reaching €600m in revenue by 2026 and employs over 1,500 globally. This acquisition will bolster Zeus's production and logistics capabilities in Europe and expand its market presence in the US.

Members of the KOEX team will integrate into Zeus Packaging Group. Financial institutions AIB, ING, Rabobank, and HSBC supported the transaction, with advisory from Ernest & Young and BPV. Last month, Zeus partnered with UK-based Engelmann & Buckham to provide automation and consumable services in the UK.
