69 Former Extremists in Sulu Receive Livelihood Aid from DILG via E-Clip Program
Sixty-nine former violent extremists in Sulu received livelihood assistance from the Department of the Interior and Local Government through the Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program on March 25, 2026. On March 25, 2026, sixty-nine former violent extremists in Sulu received livelihood assistance from the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) through the Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-Clip). The 1103rd Infantry Brigade reported that the distribution ceremony took place at the Sulu Area Coordinating Center in Patikul.
The initiative aims to support former members of the Abu Sayyaf Group in their reintegration into civilian life.
