A-1 Hospitality Expands with New Hotel Openings in Tri-Cities
The Home2 Suites by Hilton in Pasco quickly sold out its first two floors following its June 1 opening. A-1 Hospitality Group is also progressing on an AC Hotel by Marriott project, set to open in spring 2027.

A-1 Hospitality Group's latest project, Home2 Suites by Hilton in Pasco, opened on June 1 and sold out its first two floors shortly thereafter. The hotel, a $25 million extended-stay property, includes 107 suites with kitchenettes and amenities such as a swimming pool and conference rooms.
Concurrently, A-1 is developing an AC Hotel by Marriott at the Three Rivers Convention Center, with over $38 million in permits as part of a $75.2 million expansion, scheduled to open in late spring 2027. The Tri-Cities market remains resilient, although it has not yet returned to pre-pandemic hotel supply levels, as many properties converted to multifamily use during COVID-19. Diversification in guest demographics is noted, moving away from a reliance on Hanford-related travelers to a broader base including industrial and data center visitors.
