AADYAH Aerospace has raised Rs 31.5 crores in Series A funding to acquire a US company and expand its manufacturing capabilities. This marks a significant step in establishing its presence in the American aerospace market.

AADYAH Aerospace, incorporated in Bengaluru in 2016, focuses on manufacturing subsystems for rockets and satellites, including thrust vector control actuators and control electronics. The company has 86 employees and operates testing facilities in Bangalore.
Following a decade of angel investments, it raised Rs 31.5 crores in June 2026, led by Helios Holdings. This funding will support an acquisition in the US and enhance working capital. In the fiscal year ending March 2025, AADYAH reported operating revenue of Rs 14.12 crores and a profit of Rs 1.47 crores. The valuation post-funding is estimated at Rs 206 crores, reflecting growth potential amid a competitive aerospace sector.
