Aass has acquired the remaining 58% of I.e.S. for €900,000, solidifying its ownership after previously holding a 42% stake. This acquisition, approved by the State Congress, aims to bolster Aass's multi-utility services and support the digitization of San Marino with a fully local data center. State Secretary Alessandro Bevitori highlighted the significance of establishing a data center entirely managed by Samminese entities.

Aass has fully acquired I.e.S., previously holding a 42% stake, with the remaining 58% owned by Cabel Holding, for €900,000. This acquisition, confirmed by a recent decision from the State Congress, enhances Aass's multi-utility services portfolio, which includes energy, transport, and public slaughterhouse services.
The acquisition aligns with the broader goal of digitizing San Marino using a locally managed data archive. State Secretary Alessandro Bevitori emphasized the importance of having a data center that is entirely Samminese. Additionally, Aass is in the process of selecting a new director, with the public selection deadline set for December 30.
