ENERGY STORAGESTRATEGIC MINERALS

LeydenJar has secured an additional €7.8 million equity investment led by ABP's asset manager APG, completing a €43 million capital raise aimed at launching mass production of its silicon anode technology. This investment builds on a previous €21 million equity round, €10 million in customer funding, and €12 million from grants and loans.

LeydenJar's production facility, PlantOne, is set to begin operations in early 2027. The funding reflects strong institutional interest in scalable technologies with climate benefits, aligning with ABP's long-term investment strategy. LeydenJar's technology enables higher-performing batteries and reduces production carbon footprints, positioning the company as a leader in advanced battery materials.
