AcroMeta Group Limited's subsidiary, AcroMeta Minerals Pte. Ltd., has received an undertaking for a potential entry into Indonesia's nickel sector. The deed allows AcroMeta to acquire a 51% interest in CV Hastora Raya, which holds a nickel mining concession in Morawali, Central Sulawesi.

Should the option be exercised, both parties will jointly develop the mine per Indonesian laws. AcroMeta will not conduct trading activities directly and will comply with local regulations through PT Esa Jaya Labdagati. The transaction is consistent with AcroMeta's strategy for the nickel value chain, driven by demand from stainless steel production and energy transition applications, and is not expected to materially affect earnings this financial year.
