Ada Infrastructure has initiated the construction of the GRU10 data center campus in Franco da Rocha, São Paulo, marking its first project in Brazil. The investment of R$ 2.7 billion will support digital infrastructure for clients focusing on cloud workloads and GPU applications.
The project will unfold in phases, starting with one data center building and an on-site substation, contributing to a total capacity of 300 MW with two planned substations. The complete campus is designed to accommodate up to three data center buildings. This investment reflects a growing trend in digital infrastructure expansion in emerging markets.
