Adani Group announced a record EBITDA of Rs 57,219 crore for Fiscal Year 2023, marking a 36% increase from the previous year. Run-rate EBITDA, which annualizes earnings from newly commissioned projects, reached Rs 66,566 crore.

The portfolio primarily generates over 83% of EBITDA from core infrastructure, ensuring stable cash flow. The company reported no significant refinancing risks or immediate liquidity needs. Key metrics include airport passenger movements doubling to 74.8 million, completion statuses for data centers in Chennai (49%), Noida (37%), and Hyderabad (30%), and a cargo volume of 339 million metric tons at Adani Ports, a 9% year-on-year growth. The conglomerate also commissioned the world's largest solar-wind hybrid plant in Rajasthan and achieved notable EBITDA increases across various sectors, including cement and power.
