Advanced Drainage Systems Reports Growth Amid Rising Data Center Demand
Advanced Drainage Systems (NYSE:WMS) reported a 9.9% increase in Q4 fiscal 2026 net sales, fueled by data center infrastructure needs. With a forecast of $3.35 billion to $3.55 billion in fiscal 2027, the company is positioned to benefit from ongoing investments in stormwater and wastewater management.

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. recorded net sales of $676.8 million for Q4 fiscal 2026, a 9.9% increase from the previous year. Stormwater sales specifically rose by 11.7% to $534.7 million. The company’s acquisition of National Diversified Sales in February 2026 contributed an additional $48.8 million in stormwater revenue.
For the full fiscal year 2026, ADS achieved $3.05 billion in net sales, with wastewater sales up 13% to $653.0 million. The projected net sales for fiscal 2027 range between $3.35 billion and $3.55 billion, indicating strong ongoing demand for their water management solutions, particularly in the context of expanding data center infrastructure.
