Advancements in Cascabel Copper and Gold Discovery by SolGold Ecuador
The Cascabel project has a defined initial reserve of 539.7 million tons, with 0.60% copper and 0.54 grams/ton gold. Ongoing exploration, including over 52,000 meters drilled at Tandayama-América, indicates strong potential for mineralization in a region previously underexplored.

SolGold Ecuador's Cascabel project features an initial reserve of 539.7 million tons, with copper and gold grades of 0.60% and 0.54 grams per ton, respectively. As of 2020, exploration has expanded to the Tandayama-América project, located 3 kilometers north of Alpala, with over 52,000 meters drilled to date.
Significant mineralization has been confirmed through systematic soil sampling, magnetic studies, and high-precision geological mapping. Despite previous project delays due to restrictions, reactivation in 2011 allowed for over 245,000 meters of drilling at Alpala. Jiangxi Copper Company Limited's strategic investment secured control over the project and SolGold's exploration portfolio, crucial for large-scale development.
