AEB has confirmed an investment plan of €460 million by 2035, focusing €230 million on the Brianza region to strengthen networks, renewable energy, and environmental services. This decision was announced during the third Territorial Conference in Desio.

The plan forecasts an average annual EBITDA growth of 3%, increasing from €73 million in 2024 to €96 million in 2035, totaling €921 million over the decade. AEB aims to distribute €160 million in dividends to municipalities, enhancing value for local communities. The strategy will prioritize ESG initiatives, waste management, and collaboration with A2A to support energy transition and circular economy efforts.
