Aetherflux Expands to Seattle for Satellite Development Hub
Aetherflux, a Bay Area-based startup, is opening a satellite development center in Seattle. Founded in 2024 by CEO Baiju Bhatt, Aetherflux aims to create an orbital data center satellite named 'Galactic Brain' to harness solar power for AI energy needs, targeting its first commercial node by 2027. The company raised $50 million in Series A funding in April 2025, bringing total funding to $60 million. Aetherflux has received interest from the U.S. military for its space solar power project.
