Aexa Aerospace and SpacePort Australia Develop Deductive Medical AI for Space Exploration
Aexa Aerospace and SpacePort Australia are partnering to develop the first deductive medical AI to support crew health in space missions. This initiative aims to enhance medical care for space travelers and astronauts during exploration missions and future extraterrestrial colonies.

Aexa Aerospace and SpacePort Australia are collaborating to refine a deductive medical AI model intended for use in space. This AI will assist in medical support for space crews and recreational space travelers.
The project leverages Aexa's holographic medical technology, previously tested on the ISS, combined with SpacePort Australia's medical expertise. Notably, rural medical training in Australia aligns with the expected challenges in space medicine.
The Hamilton Project, named after NASA flight surgeon Dr. Douglas Hamilton, will integrate extensive clinical knowledge for space missions. This AI development aims to prepare for the unique medical needs arising from the space environment, including shifts in the human microbiome and nutritional impacts on health.
