AF Gruppen has agreed to acquire a 70% stake in H.A. Bygg Entreprenad AB, a concrete contractor in western Sweden, for up to MSEK 140 on a debt-free basis. H.A.

Bygg, established in 1986, employs 62 people and achieved an average turnover of SEK 360 million with a 10% operating margin from 2022 to 2024. The acquisition, which includes performance-based components linked to profitability through 2028, strengthens AF Gruppen's concrete capabilities and supports its focus on water and wastewater treatment infrastructure. The transaction awaits approval from the Swedish Competition Authority and is projected to close in April 2026.
