Affinius Capital Secures $630M First Close for $1B Data Center Fund

Affinius Capital has raised $630 million in the first close of its $1 billion hyperscale data center-focused fund, launched in late 2025. The final close is expected in mid-2026. The firm aims to invest in preidentified data center campus developments from its $15 billion development pipeline.
