AgCertain Industries has completed an oil processing expansion and started construction on a water reuse facility in Boone, Iowa. These projects aim to enhance operational capacity while promoting sustainability in agricultural processing.

AgCertain Industries has completed a specialty oil processing expansion and commenced construction on a wastewater treatment and water reuse facility at its Boone, Iowa campus. The oil processing expansion increases capacity for food, nutraceutical, cosmetic, industrial, and bio-based markets, enhancing capabilities in degumming, bleaching, dewaxing, deodorization, and free-fatty acid removal.
The water reuse facility, partially funded by the Iowa Water Infrastructure Fund, aims to reduce reliance on municipal water and lower wastewater transportation needs, aligning with AgCertain's goals for long-term operational growth. These investments are positioned to bolster the regional economy in Central Iowa while supporting sustainable practices in agricultural processing.
