AGP's Zerra DC Secures ₹1,200 Crore Loan for Navi Mumbai Data Centre Expansion
AGP's Zerra DC has obtained a ₹1,200 crore loan from Tata Capital to build a new 200 MW data center in Navi Mumbai. This development is part of a larger strategy involving partnerships with cloud hosting providers and a collaboration with NIIF and Digital Edge for a 300 MW hyperscale facility.

Zerra DC has secured ₹1,200 crore from Tata Capital for a new 200 megawatt data center in Navi Mumbai. This facility will complement an existing project in collaboration with the National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF) and Digital Edge for a total of 300 megawatts.
Ongoing discussions aim to finalize contracts with hyperscalers to enhance service offerings. AGP, headquartered in Singapore, is also developing 5,000 MW generation capacity and has 22 million square feet of operational or under-construction space. The success of this financing may solidify AGP's position in the growing data center market in India.
