Airia will relocate its operations to a dedicated 10,000-square-foot office at Coda, a mixed-use development in Midtown Atlanta, in April. This move signifies a notable expansion from its previous coworking space.

Coda, spanning a full city block in Georgia Institute of Technology's innovation district, offers 650,000 square feet of office space, a 9.6-MW data center, and retail and outdoor areas. Airia currently has over 500 customers and about 170 employees. The lease continues Coda's positioning as a hub for technology firms, following a recent lease with AI company Tractian.
