AISPEX Launches Kryonix for U.S.-Based AI Data Center Liquid Cooling Manufacturing
AISPEX has launched Kryonix™, a U.S.-based manufacturing company dedicated to liquid cooling solutions for AI data centers, announced at CES 2026. The company aims to tackle the rising power densities of AI workloads with scalable, modular thermal solutions, establishing high-volume manufacturing in Greater Houston, Texas, and planning full-scale operations by Q3 2026. Kryonix will integrate with AISPEX's infrastructure platform, enhancing the deployment of AI systems.

AISPEX has launched Kryonix™, a U.S.-based manufacturing company focused on liquid cooling for AI data centers, announced during CES 2026. Kryonix aims to address the increasing power densities of AI workloads that surpass traditional air cooling.
The company will provide scalable, modular, prefabricated thermal solutions including liquid coolant distribution units (CDUs) and outdoor heat rejection systems. High-volume manufacturing will be established in Greater Houston, Texas, with pilot production set for early 2026 and full-scale operations expected in Q3 2026. Kryonix will integrate with AISPEX's vertically integrated infrastructure platform, which includes grid-friendly power systems and modular energy storage, enabling faster and more efficient deployment of AI infrastructure.
