AKSI Aerospace Launches Skyshipper Cargo Drone and Skywing 90 Quadcopter at Wings India 2026
AKSI Aerospace Group unveiled its Skyshipper cargo drone and Skywing 90 quadcopter at Wings India 2026, targeting the commercial, industrial, and defense drone markets. The Skyshipper offers a payload capacity of 30 kg and 45 minutes of flight endurance, while the Skywing 90 is designed for military reconnaissance with advanced imaging capabilities. Both drones feature AKSI's KKA Autopilot system and the company aims to expand its presence in India's UAV market while pursuing global partnerships.

AKSI Aerospace Group introduced its Skyshipper cargo drone and Skywing 90 quadcopter at Wings India 2026, aiming to penetrate commercial, industrial, and defence drone markets. The Skyshipper is designed for medium-range logistics with a maximum take-off weight of 52 kg, payload capacity of 30 kg, and 45 minutes of flight endurance.
The Skywing 90 focuses on military-grade reconnaissance and surveillance, featuring high-resolution imaging and advanced stabilization. Both drones utilize AKSI's KKA Autopilot system, which includes safety features such as geo-fencing and dual battery packs from LiHi Smart Batteries.
The company also presented its UAV manufacturing processes, including automated composite fabrication and AI-assisted quality control, enhancing its production capabilities. AKSI aims to leverage India's UAV market while seeking global partnerships in the logistics, defence, and agriculture sectors.
