Al-Hodeidah Governor Launches Water Network Project in Al-Maytina and Surrounding Villages
Al-Hodeidah Governor Abdullah Atefi inaugurated a water network project for Al-Maytina and nearby villages in Al-Tuhaita District, costing 21.939 million Yemeni riyals. The project, implemented by Al-Balda Al-Tayyiba Multi-Purpose Agricultural Cooperative Society with support from the Community Initiatives Department, aims to improve water accessibility in rural areas.

The project, costing 21.939 million Yemeni riyals, was implemented by the Al-Balda Al-Tayyiba Multi-Purpose Agricultural Cooperative Society and supported by the Community Initiatives Department.
It aims to enhance basic services and improve access to usable water for residents. The local authority emphasizes the importance of community initiatives in sustainable service projects, especially in the current challenging circumstances. District Director Adel Ahaif noted the project’s significance in providing water to the community.
