Alicat Europe Grants €10,000 for University Research in Hydrogen and Scientific Instrumentation
Alicat Europe announces winners of the 2025 University Grant Program, awarding two research projects in Germany and the Netherlands with €5,000 each. Utrecht University will develop mobile detection methods for hydrogen emissions, while RWTH Aachen University will create plasma electrochemistry techniques for pollutant conversion. The grants aim to support innovation in flow and pressure control, hydrogen energy, and instrumentation.

Alicat Europe awarded €5,000 grants to two projects as part of the 2025 University Grant Program aimed at supporting research in Germany and the Netherlands. Utrecht University will focus on mobile detection of hydrogen leaks to quantify emissions for cleaner hydrogen deployment.
RWTH Aachen University will develop predictive plasma electrochemistry methods for converting pollutants into valuable chemicals. The program received over 40 submissions, highlighting Europe's scientific strength in energy and environmental innovation.
