Alien Metals to Acquire Knox Resources for £200,000
Alien Metals has agreed to acquire Knox Resources, enhancing its portfolio with the Georgina Basin copper-gold project in Australia.

Alien Metals has entered a conditional agreement to purchase Knox Resources, which includes the Georgina Basin IOCG copper-gold project, from Venari Minerals for £200,000. The project spans approximately 2,500 square kilometers and features seven granted tenements, with over 90 IOCG targets identified and three ready for drilling.
Following the acquisition, board changes will include Vincent Fayad as CEO and Michael Carter as non-executive chairman. This acquisition could strengthen Alien Metals' exploration capabilities and potential long-term value for shareholders, although successful integration and project advancement will be critical.
