Alpex Solar Invests ₹10 Cr in Subsidiary, Boosts Module Capacity to 2.4 GW
Alpex Solar Ltd has invested ₹10 crore in its subsidiary Alpex Green Energies Private Limited to bolster business growth and operational efficiency. The investment supports AGEPL's engineering and construction solutions in renewable energy. Additionally, Alpex consolidated its aluminium frame manufacturing in Uttar Pradesh, aiming to increase capacity to 12,000 metric tonnes per annum by FY27. The company also launched commercial production of solar modules in Greater Noida, raising total manufacturing capacity to 2.4 GW.

AGEPL specializes in engineering, procurement, and construction for various renewable energy sectors. Furthermore, Alpex has centralized its aluminium frame manufacturing in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, currently operating at 6,000 metric tonnes per annum, with plans to reach 12,000 metric tonnes by FY27. Commercial production of solar modules has begun at its Greater Noida facility, increasing total capacity to 2.4 GW.
