Alpha and Omega Semiconductor Launches New 80V MOSFET and Digital Controllers
Alpha and Omega Semiconductor Limited has launched the AOPL66801 80V MOSFET, enhancing power density in half-bridge applications. The product targets various sectors, including data centers, and comes with a price of $6.16 for bulk orders.

Alpha and Omega Semiconductor has introduced the AOPL66801, an 80V MOSFET in a half-bridge configuration using DFN6x5 AmpStack packaging. This product features vertically stacked die technology, which connects two MOSFETs as high-side and low-side components.
The high-side MOSFET supports a maximum of 304A current with 2.2 milliohms on-resistance, while the low-side MOSFET has a 215A rating. The AOPL66801 is available for production with a lead time of 16 weeks.
Additionally, the company reported fiscal Q3 2026 earnings with an EPS of -0.28, missing expectations, but revenue of $163.8 million exceeded projections. Analyst coverage initiated by Lake Street highlights growth potential in AI data centers, alongside the launch of new digital multiphase controllers for Intel processors.
