AlphaTON Capital Corp. has raised net $44 million and is generating revenue from its AI infrastructure supporting Telegram's Cocoon AI. The company completed a $15 million registered direct offering at $1.00 per share, with proceeds aimed at scaling GPU AI infrastructure.

On January 5, 2026, AlphaTON initiated a $46 million investment in AI infrastructure, planning to deploy 576 NVIDIA B300 chips by March 2026, projected to yield a 27% IRR and $11 million NPV. Revenue generation began in December 2025 after deploying its initial GPU fleet for AI inference processing.

Partnerships, including a definitive agreement with Midnight Foundation for a federated node architecture, are expected to enhance revenue streams. AlphaTON also secured a five-year agreement with atNorth AB for 2.2 MW of renewable-powered computing capacity in Sweden.
