AlphaTON Capital Signs Lease Agreement with Nvidia for AI Infrastructure in Canada
AlphaTON Capital Corp. (ATON) has entered a compute infrastructure lease agreement with Nvidia Corp. (NVDA) to install 504 B200 chips across its Canadian facilities. This agreement is expected to increase AlphaTON's AI revenues by a minimum of $1.2 million per month starting March 2026. Additionally, AlphaTON announced an at-the-market offering to sell up to $400 million of its shares to fund the development of its decentralized AI computing platform, Cocoon AI, integrated with Telegram.

AlphaTON Capital Corp. (ATON) has signed a lease agreement with Nvidia Corp. (NVDA) to deploy 504 B200 chips in Canada, expected to enhance its AI revenues by at least $1.2 million monthly starting March 2026.
The chips are projected to generate $4 to $6 per hour for AI deployments. AlphaTON's previous acquisition of 576 B300 chips for $46 million supports its AI initiatives. The company also announced a share offering to raise up to $400 million for funding Cocoon AI, its decentralized AI platform. ATON shares have fallen nearly 90% over the past year.
