Altitude Minerals Advances Byrock Copper-Gold Drill Targets in NSW
Altitude Minerals is refining drill targets at Byrock, New South Wales, aiming to explore copper-gold porphyry systems. The project aligns with the Macquarie Arc, known for significant deposits, as the company prepares for RC drilling.

Altitude Minerals is finalizing drill collar locations and a program for RC drilling at its Byrock project in New South Wales, focusing on three prioritized pipe-like targets. The company has conducted 2,200 meters of aircore drilling and 419 meters of rotary mud and diamond drilling at the T55 prospect, with new geophysical data being integrated to enhance understanding of potential porphyry systems.
The Macquarie Arc, known for hosting major mines like Cadia and Northparkes, is closely analogized with Altitude's targets, suggesting rich untapped resources. The completion of alteration and petrology studies is expected to refine target rankings further. Significant exploration efforts over the past 15 months bolster the potential for discovering new copper-gold deposits.
