Altius Minerals Corporation and Lithium Royalty Corp. completed a plan of arrangement under the Canada Business Corporations Act, approved by 99.8% of LRC shareholders on February 26, 2026. The Ontario Superior Court issued a final order on March 3, 2026.

Altius paid C$140,039,989.40 and issued 9,630,177 shares to former LRC shareholders, bringing its total shares outstanding to 55,915,754. The Waratah Group acquired 7,805,234 shares of Altius, totaling 14.0% of outstanding shares. LRC shares will be de-listed from the Toronto Stock Exchange.
