Alzura, a German IT firm, has acquired a data center in Thuringia, encompassing the property, land, and all technical assets. The company will retain all employees at the site. This acquisition is part of Alzura's strategy to enhance its digital infrastructure and aims to migrate its IT operations to its own data centers.

The move is expected to facilitate technical and economic growth, offering greater performance and control while reducing costs compared to traditional cloud solutions. Alzura is a member of the Tyre 24 Group and previously acquired TEC Systems Systemhaus GmbH in 2024.
