AM Resources Shifts Focus to Lithium Exploration in Austria
AM Resources is transitioning its strategic focus from Colombia to high-grade lithium deposits in Austria, covering 1,500 square kilometers in the Pegmatite Belt. The company aims to secure a comprehensive license package by March 2024, including projects like Legend and East Wolf. Notably, the Frederick property has 112 identified lithium-bearing pegmatites. Proximity to 14 battery factories enhances logistical advantages. While retaining interests in Colombian coal, asphalt, and gold projects, AM Resources is prioritizing European resource estimates amid rising global demand for critical minerals.

AM Resources is refocusing its strategy from traditional resources in Colombia to lithium exploration in Austria. The company is targeting 1,500 square kilometers in the Pegmatite Belt to be near major European battery factories.
By March 2024, it plans to secure a license package that includes projects such as Legend, East Wolf, and Sankt Rad, with 112 lithium-bearing pegmatites identified at the Frederick property. The strategic location provides logistical advantages due to its closeness to 14 battery factories. Although maintaining its South American interests, AM Resources is prioritizing upcoming resource estimates in Europe to meet the growing demand for critical minerals.
