Amar Alec Sells $74,800 in Digi Power X Shares; Company Reports Q3 Revenue Drop
Amar Alec, CEO of Digi Power X Inc. (DGXX), sold 27,500 shares on January 2, 2026, for $74,800 at $2.72 per share. Following the sale, DGXX shares increased to $3.01.
Alec now holds 1,290,616 voting shares and 45,000 indirectly through Matbrands LLC. Digi Power X reported Q3 2025 revenue of $8.15 million, an 11% decrease from the previous quarter, but retains $90 million in liquidity.
The company has a definitive agreement to purchase $20 million in NVIDIA B300 GPUs from Super Micro Computer, Inc. and signed a non-binding letter of intent with Omnis Pleasants LLC for a strategic partnership in AI infrastructure. H.C. Wainwright raised the price target for DGXX shares to $5.00.
