A proposed Amazon data center in Clinton County, Ohio, is projected to involve a $4 billion capital investment and create 100 permanent jobs with an annual payroll of about $8 million. The project will fund at least $25 million for new water and sewer infrastructure and include road improvements for U.S. 68 and State Route 730. It is estimated to generate $1 million annually for the City of Wilmington and $1 million for local schools.
