AMD and Nutanix have entered a strategic partnership to jointly develop an open, full-stack AI infrastructure platform. AMD will invest up to $250 million, including a $150 million purchase of Nutanix shares at $36.26 each, and up to $100 million for joint engineering and commercial initiatives.
