Ameerex Corporation has confirmed major heavy rare earth element (HREE) mineralization within its joint venture in Brazil with Patagonia Lithium Ltd, expanding the partnership's focus from lithium to include critical minerals. The project is located in a significant geological area known as the Goiás-Araxá-Catalão belt. Studies indicate that the Goiás areas are based on geological correlations between the Araxá carbonatite and the Catalão I carbonatite, with 11 targets identified for augur and air-core drilling.
