American Pacific Mining Completes LiDAR Survey at Madison Project
American Pacific Mining Corp. is finalizing a LiDAR and control survey at its Madison Copper-Gold Project, crucial for drilling accuracy. The project aims to refine geological modeling and enhance drill targeting, with results expected in May 2026.

American Pacific Mining Corp. is progressing on a LiDAR and control survey at the Madison Copper-Gold Project in Montana, set to conclude by April 2026. The survey incorporates high-resolution scanning and precise control points, aiding in geological modeling and future drilling strategies.
The data will form a district-scale geological model, refining drill targeting beneath historical workings. Concurrently, the copper market faces supply challenges, with a projected cumulative deficit of 3 million tonnes by 2036, despite an early surplus of 300,000 tons. This surplus, combined with high energy costs, may limit short-term price increases for copper, impacting American Pacific's strategic decisions.
