American Salars Lithium Inc. entered into a Mineral Claims Option Agreement on February 24, 2026, to acquire a 100% interest in seven mineral claims of the Petawaga Lithium-Niobium-Uranium Project in Quebec, approximately 45 km northwest of Mont-Laurier. The claims cover 411 hectares, including the historical Petawawa River showing with a bulk sample returning 3.4% Nb2O5 and 0.65% U3O8.

The acquisition involves cash payments totaling C$120,000 over three years. Isabelle Robillard, a qualified person, reviewed the technical data disclosed.
