AMPO Secures Hazitek Funding for WH2YTE and AMPO-CFP R&D Projects
AMPO S.COOP has received funding from the Basque Government's Hazitek initiative for two key R&D projects, WH2YTE and AMPO-CFP. Both projects aim to enhance technological capabilities in hydrogen utilization and centrifugal casting, respectively, which are crucial for advancing industrial decarbonization and manufacturing efficiency.

AMPO S.COOP has been awarded funding through the Hazitek programme for two projects: WH2YTE and AMPO-CFP. WH2YTE will utilize AI-based image analysis to enhance methods for detecting and utilizing natural hydrogen sources, contributing to the hydrogen economy and decarbonization efforts.
The AMPO-CFP project aims to improve centrifugal casting technology, focusing on producing larger cast balls, 50% larger than current limits, while enhancing mechanical properties by 30%. These advancements could significantly impact manufacturing practices and sustainability in the industry.
