Anglian Water has removed its objection to a 720-home development in Beccles and Worlingham, previously concerned about the wastewater system's capacity. The company now supports the project, noting the local council's backing and the site's allocation in the Neighbourhood Plan.

Anglian Water recommends conditions for approval: no home occupation until wastewater treatment capacity is confirmed, and a detailed foul water disposal plan for each phase must be agreed upon before construction begins. The development is part of a larger proposal for around 1,250 homes.
