Anson Resources Reports Lithium Discovery at Skyline Well
Anson Resources has recorded 148 ppm lithium in drilling fluids at the Skyline well, indicating potential for increased resource estimates. The findings contribute to their Green River lithium project in Utah, where the company aims to increase its current resource of 103,000 tons lithium carbonate equivalent.

Anson Resources documented 148 ppm lithium in drilling fluids from the Mt Fuel-Skyline Geyser 1-25 well, suggesting a significant pay zone up to 660 feet. This data will inform an updated JORC resource estimate, with a long-term exploration target ranging from 623,000 tons to over 1.18 million tons of lithium carbonate equivalent.
The company is simultaneously advancing engineering studies and financing options for a full-scale production plant while working to enhance its JORC Resource estimate. Anson has established a partnership with LG for a five-year offtake agreement for 4,000 tons per annum of battery-grade lithium carbonate starting in 2028. Recent drilling efforts, including a new side-tracked well, underline the operational challenges faced in the area, emphasizing the capabilities of the Anson team.
